Our single-student housing complex offers 97 townhouse-style units designed to comfortably accommodate five residents across two levels. The main floor includes a furnished living room, full kitchen, and a half bathroom. Upstairs layouts feature one private bedroom, two shared bedrooms, and a full bathroom setup, with specific configurations varying by apartment phase. Every unit also comes with two refrigerators, a dishwasher, and air conditioning for added comfort and convenience.
