The Waitlist process is as follows:

  1. Click the link to the Google Form
  2. Fill out your information and submit the Google Form.
    • You will be asked for your Name, Email, Phone Number, and room type desired.
    • There is a question on the form for you to enter any roommate requests. Please note if you would like a room even if you can’t be with friends.
  3. Check your phone and email regularly! If there is an open spot and we cannot reach you within 24 hours, you will be removed from the list. 

The Google Form is ordered by time your information is submitted. The waitlist will remain open until August, and we will fill cancellations as they happen with those on the waitlist.

Spring 2027 Contracts:

Available contracts for Spring 2027 will be posted here on October 1, 2026 at 9:00am.

To purchase a contract for Spring 2027, please contact one of the sellers listed below.

It is the seller’s responsibility to decide on a buyer. Once a seller has agreed to sell you their contract, they will provide you with the paperwork needed to get their contract transferred to you.

All contract sales must be approved by Old Farm management, and all applicants may be subject to a rental verification prior to approval.

Prices vary by room type and are listed below. Sellers may ask less than these prices, but not more. All payments will be made through the Old Farm office. You WILL NOT pay your seller directly. These prices do not include a $200 security deposit and $20 application fee. These charges and all rent must be paid before you will be allowed to move in.

Phase 1 Shared: $2050

Phase 1 Private: $2500

Phase 2 Shared: $2200
