How Rent or Deposit can be paid:
- PAY ONLINE: If using a debit/credit card there is a 3.75% + $0.30 card processing fee. To do this option login to your account at: https://oldfarm.roomchoice.com/home/1
- PAY WITH ECHECK: You can choose to sent up your bank account on your Room Choice account and do an eCheck. This has a flat $2.75 fee and takes up to a week or more to process. (Keep this in mind with the due date deadlines.)
- PAY BY MAIL: Send a check or money order to our office. Checks should be written to Old Farm Apartments. Please postmark the letter on or before the due date. Our address is: 777 E 1000 N Apt M5 (Office), Logan, UT 84321
- PAY IN THE OFFICE: You can come into the office and pay with check or cash. (You are welcome to pay with a card in the office, but it will still have the same fees as stated above.)
The $20 application fee due at the time of signing the application can ONLY be paid online. Card processing fee is $1.05
